Add the butter and sugar to the mixer until perfectly creamed, then add the condensed milk and the egg one by one, gradually adding the sifted flour with the baking powder. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Add the mixture to a greased and floured mold.
Bake for 30 minutes until you obtain a fluffy cake. Place the cake on a rack to cool. Set aside.
In a bowl, add the condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk, mix and add to the cake so it can soak with the three milk mixture. Level the cake, soak with the three milks, and refrigerate. Add the remaining milk mixture.
Soften the dulce de leche and cover the cake, being careful not to break it. Use a spatula with teeth to decorate by forming lines all over the surface. Keep it refrigerated.
