1 can mango, in syrup Clemente Jacques®
1 cup evaporated milk
5 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups pancake mix
1 cup vegetable oil
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk, large
2 cans table cream
1 can dulce de leche

In a mixer, combine the eggs, 1 cup of evaporated milk, the oil, vanilla, and sugar. Add the flour and baking powder and finish mixing.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and prepare a baking pan greased with butter and a little flour to prevent the cake from sticking.
Pour the batter into the mold and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
In a blender, mix the can of evaporated milk, the can of condensed milk, and the media crema.
Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool, and unmold. Soak it with the three milk mixture.
In a saucepan over low heat, mix the can of dulce de leche and the media crema. Decorate the cake with this mixture and serve.
Garnish with Clemente Jacques® Mango in Syrup, the contrast with the fruit and the dulce de leche is spectacular.
