Three Milk Cake with Mango

  • 1 can mango, in syrup Clemente Jacques®
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups pancake mix
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk, large
  • 2 cans table cream
  • 1 can dulce de leche

  • In a mixer, combine the eggs, 1 cup of evaporated milk, the oil, vanilla, and sugar. Add the flour and baking powder and finish mixing.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and prepare a baking pan greased with butter and a little flour to prevent the cake from sticking.
  • Pour the batter into the mold and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • In a blender, mix the can of evaporated milk, the can of condensed milk, and the media crema.
  • Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool, and unmold. Soak it with the three milk mixture.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, mix the can of dulce de leche and the media crema. Decorate the cake with this mixture and serve.
  • Garnish with Clemente Jacques® Mango in Syrup, the contrast with the fruit and the dulce de leche is spectacular.
