Melt the butter with the white chocolate in the microwave or using a double boiler.
Next, we will add the egg yolks one by one, reserving the egg whites for later.
Add the sugar, dulce de leche, and yogurt, ensuring that all ingredients are well combined.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Then add them to the mixture, remembering to sift everything very well.
Now we will add the egg whites, which we will have whipped to stiff peaks. Do this with gentle, folding movements, making sure they do not deflate. Finally, add some blackberries.
We will bake for approximately 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. (The mold I used was 22 cm)
Preparation for the Ganache
Heat the cream over low heat. When it is about to boil, remove the pot from the heat and immediately add the chopped chocolate. Stir the chocolate continuously with the cream until it is completely melted.
This mixture should be placed in the fridge to cool. Finally, we will whip the cream with the whisks until we are sure it is very firm.
