Candy Corn Cookies for Halloween

  • 250 grams chocolate
  • 60 grams butter
  • 2 units egg
  • 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 120 grams wheat flour
  • 60 grams sweet corn, candy corn

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler.
  • Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract, then incorporate the melted chocolate and stir.
  • Add the sifted flour.
  • Place wax paper on the baking tray.
  • Place tablespoons of the mixture onto the wax paper. Make sure they are well spaced.
  • Put 3 candy corn on top of each cookie.
  • Put in the oven and wait for 12 minutes.
  • Remove and let cool.
