  • In a heat-resistant bowl, mix bittersweet chocolate and butter. Melt in the microwave for 2 minutes. Set aside.
  • In another bowl and using a whisk or fork, mix egg and sugar. Don't overwhisk, gently mix the ingredients, or else you will add too much air into the preparation.
  • Add the previous mixture to the bowl with melted chocolate and butter and mix. Add flour and mix.
  • Pour brownie batter into a baking sheet or baking dish. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake at 338 °F for 30 minutes. Remove from over and let cool at room temperature.
  • For the flan: In a pot over low heat, heat milk. It must be lukewarm. Add D'Gari® cappuccino flan and mix. Heat over low heat stirring constantly until it comes to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Use a 10x10x4-inch square cake ring to cut the brownie. Leave the brownie as the base of the cake ring. Pour the flan mixture on top and refrigerate until completely set.
  • Remove the cake ring and cut into 3.9-inch squares or to the desired measure. Garnish with D'Gari® chocolate syrup and shredded white chocolate.
