Caramel Express Flan

A DELICIOUS RECIPE OF THE TRADITIONAL DESSERT MADE IN A VERY QUICK, VERY CLEAN WAY, WITH FEW INGREDIENTS AND UTENSILS.

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 can whole milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/3 cups sugar

  • PUT IN THE BLENDER: -CONDENSED MILK -FULL CREAM MILK (MEASURED WITH THE SAME CAN AS THE CONDENSED) -EGGS -VANILLA BLEND UNTIL WELL MIXED.
  • PUT THE SUGAR IN A FLAN MOULD AND HEAT DIRECTLY ON THE STOVE UNTIL CARAMEL FORMS.
  • POUR THE BLENDER MIXTURE OVER THE CARAMEL IN THE FLAN MOULD.
  • CLOSE THE FLAN MOULD AND HEAT IN A WATER BATH FOR 40 MINUTES.
  • OPEN THE FLAN MOULD AND UNMOLD ONTO A PLATTER.
