Caramelized Apple Brulee

  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 limes, (juice)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 pinch chinese five spices
  • 3/4 cups FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt

  • Cut the apple, cut the scepter and divide into 8 pieces.
  • Mix the apple with the lemon juice.
  • Place the butter and 2 tablespoons of sugar with the five-spice powder in a small saucepan.
  • Heat slightly until the butter melts.
  • Add the apple pieces and cook for 4-5 minutes, until the apple is covered and begins to soften.
  • Place the mixture in a refractory and cover with the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0%.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining sugar and place on a very hot grill or grill to melt the sugar.
  • Cool for about 1 hour before serving.
