In a food processor, mix the flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, cardamom, and salt.
Add the almond paste and butter and mix until fully integrated.
Add the orange juice and oil and mix until the dough is fully combined. The dough should have the consistency of cookie dough.
Divide the dough in half and work with one half first, then the other. Knead a little, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
With a rolling pin on a clean surface sprinkled with a little flour, flatten the dough. Use a cookie cutter to cut out cookies in star shapes or any shape you prefer.
Place the cookies on a baking sheet previously greased with vegetable spray and bake for 8 minutes or until lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool before decorating with the frosting.
To make the frosting, mix the powdered sugar with the milk. Use a spoon to decorate the cookies with a little frosting.
