Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease and flour a mold.
Wash, peel, and chop the carrots.
Blend the carrots, sugar, and eggs.
Pour the mixture into a bowl with the baking powder and sifted flour. Mix well and pour it into the mold.
Bake for 45 minutes, let cool and then cover with chocolate pastry cream.
