  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup butter, cut into small-sized cubes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cups requesón
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped cream
  • grapes, cut in half
  • honey, for brushing

  • For the dough: Mix flour, salt, and sugar. Add butter little by little and keep mixing until crumbly. Add egg and vanilla essence and mix thoroughly. Roll out dough and place it on a previously greased and floured tart pan.
  • Bake at 356 °F for 25 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
  • For the filling: Mix requesón and honey. Add whipped cream and mix thoroughly. Set aside.
  • Place filling on the previously baked tart crust. Arrange grapes on top in a circular pattern and brush with honey.
  • Serve grape tart.
