  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup butter, cut into small cubes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cups requesón
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped cream
  • grapes, cut in half
  • honey, for glazing

  • For the dough, mix the flour with the salt and sugar, gradually add the butter and continue mixing until a sandy texture forms; add the egg and vanilla extract, mix until combined. Roll out the dough and place it in a previously greased and floured tart pan.
  • Bake at 180 °C for 25 minutes, let cool and set aside.
  • For the filling, beat the ricotta with the honey; add the whipped cream, mix until incorporated. Set aside.
  • Form the tart with the pre-baked base, fill it with the cream and arrange the grapes in a circular shape, glaze with honey.
  • Serve and enjoy.
