Delicate gelatin of double cream cheese with peaches, mangoes or pineapple in syrup (fruit to choose)

30 grams unflavored gelatin powder, without flavor
1 double cream cheese
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 can canned fruit coktail, to taste

Blend, the double cream cheese, the evaporated milk and the sugar cup until well incorporated.
Separate the fruit from the syrup.
Place a bed of fruit in a mold or container. Simmer the syrup and gradually add the grenetine, mix well so that no lumps remain.
Pour the syrup with grenetina into the mixture of cheese, milk and sugar and blend again.
Pour on the fruit bed and refrigerate for 20 minutes. .
