Cheese jelly with peaches

Delicate gelatin of double cream cheese with peaches, mangoes or pineapple in syrup (fruit to choose)

  • 30 grams unflavored gelatin powder, without flavor
  • 1 double cream cheese
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 can canned fruit coktail, to taste

  • Blend, the double cream cheese, the evaporated milk and the sugar cup until well incorporated.
  • Separate the fruit from the syrup.
  • Place a bed of fruit in a mold or container. Simmer the syrup and gradually add the grenetine, mix well so that no lumps remain.
  • Pour the syrup with grenetina into the mixture of cheese, milk and sugar and blend again.
  • Pour on the fruit bed and refrigerate for 20 minutes. .
