With this recipe you can prepare a delicious Cheese Cake that is low in carbohydrates, even can be enjoyed by people who follow a diet reduced in sugars.

  • 6 eggs
  • 50 grams flour
  • 1/2 cups lime, to scrape peel
  • 500 grams requesón
  • 100 grams no calorie sweetener
  • 4 tablespoons water

  • Heat the oven to 180ºC and put a refactarium with a little water (approximately two fingers).
  • Separate the whites from the yolks. Add a little salt to the yolks and 50 grams of low-calorie sweetener.
  • In a blender pour the remaining ingredients until the consistency is a thick cream.
  • Add this in the egg whites, add the lemon peel and stir with circular movements.
  • Put the mixture in the refactarium and cook it in a bain-marie.
  • Wait 40-50 minutes.
