  • 200 grams vanilla cookies, ground
  • 100 grams coconut oil, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 400 grams cream cheese, low-fat
  • 190 grams Greek Yoghurt Oikos® Monk Fruit
  • 2 tablespoons monk fruit
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 300 milliliters milk, lactose-free
  • 1/2 cups jam, sugar-free
  • strawberries, for decoration
  • raspberries, for decoration
  • blueberries, for decoration

  • Mix the cookie and coconut oil in a bowl, then place the mixture in a round baking pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Blend the egg, cream cheese, Oikos® Monk Fruit Greek Yogurt, cornstarch, lemon juice, monk fruit, vanilla extract, and milk for 5 minutes until you have a homogeneous mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into the pan, cover with aluminum foil, and bake at 170 °C for 45 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  • Place on a plate, decorate with jam and berries.
