3 cups low-fat cream cheese, in cubes, for the cheesecake
1/4 cups lime juice, for the cheesecake
1 cup light condensed milk, for the cheesecake
1 teaspoon vanilla essence, for the cheesecake
8 ice cream cones, cookie, for ice cream
rice pudding, for decoration

With the help of a knife, chop the milk chocolate m&m’s®, set aside.
For the cheesecake. In a bowl, place the light cream cheese along with the lemon juice, light condensed milk, and vanilla essence, mix with a whisk to soften and integrate the ingredients. Add the chopped milk chocolate m&m’s® and finish integrating with a plastic spatula. If necessary, refrigerate the mixture for a moment so that it is soft but firm enough.
Place the mixture in a piping bag with a star tip. On a cookie cone for ice cream, serve a bit of the mixture, decorate with milk chocolate m&m’s® to taste and enjoy.
