With the help of a knife, chop the milk chocolate m&m’s®, set aside. For the cheesecake. In a bowl, place the light cream cheese along with the lemon juice, light condensed milk, and vanilla essence, mix with a whisk to soften and integrate the ingredients. Add the chopped milk chocolate m&m’s® and finish integrating with a plastic spatula. If necessary, refrigerate the mixture for a moment so that it is soft but firm enough.
