Jello Stuffed with Cheesecake

This dessert recipe is three in one, as it is an apple jelly made with the delicious Jumex® Único Fresco® apple, but it also includes a cheesecake filling and an apple pie base that your whole family will love. This jelly filled with cheesecake is your best option!

  • 1 cup cinnamon cookies, ground
  • 1/4 cups almonds, ground
  • 3/4 cups butter, melted
  • 4 cups cream cheese, cubed and at room temperature
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cups Jumex® Único fresco® apple, for the cheesecake
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated, for the cheesecake
  • 1 liter Jumex® Único fresco® apple, for the jelly
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated, for the cheesecake
  • 1/2 apples, thin slices
  • edible sugar pearls
  • comestible flowers, white, to decorate

  • Mix the cinnamon cookie with the almonds and the butter in a bowl until everything is completely integrated and until you can form a ball and it does not separate. Then place the mixture in a cake mold with plastic to make it easier to unmold, crush the cookie until the entire mold is covered. Refrigerate for one hour.
  • For the cheesecake: Beat the cream cheese in a bowl with the help of a balloon whisk and then mix the condensed milk and Jumex® Único Fresco® apple little by little, finally, separate a cup of the mixture in a bowl and integrate it there the hydrated gelatin. Return to the cheesecake bowl and reserve.
  • Pour cheesecake mixture over chilled cookie until half the pan is covered. Refrigerate for two more hours.
  • Heat the apple Jumex® Único Fresco® with the lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat, then add the two envelopes of already hydrated gelatin and set aside.
  • Remove the cooling mold and place the apple slices: Start in the center and top each one to form a flower. Completely cover the tart with the apple jelly mixture and refrigerate for 2 more hours.
  • Serve the cheesecake-filled jelly on an extended plate and decorate with flowers.
