Chocoflan with Spiced Caramel

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 cans evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 jar milk caramel wine
  • 1 box chocolate cake mix

  • Preheat the oven to 150°C
  • Add the spiced caramel to the mold, instead of greasing or flouring it.
  • Blend the ingredients (sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, milk, eggs, and vanilla) and pour into the mold.
  • Prepare the cake according to its instructions and add it to the mold.
  • Place in the oven at 150°C for 40 minutes or until you insert a stick and it comes out clean.
  • Invert until cool.
