150 grams almonds, without peel and ground
110 grams semisweet chocolate
100 grams sugar
100 grams butter
3 egg whites
icing sugar
1 tablespoon flour
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
In a medium saucepan in a bain-marie, melt the semi-bitter chocolate. Once it has melted add the butter, sugar and almonds and mix well.
Let cool and incorporate with egg whites until stiff.
Prepare the mold for the cake by greasing it with butter and sprinkling it with a little flour.
Pour the mixture into the mold and cook for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and allow the cake to cool 10 minutes before unmolding.
