150 grams almonds, shelled and ground
110 grams semisweet chocolate
100 grams sugar
100 grams unsalted butter
3 egg whites
powdered sugar
1 tablespoon flour
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a medium saucepan, melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a double boiler. Once melted, add the butter, sugar, and almonds, and mix well.
Let it cool and incorporate with the egg whites beaten to stiff peaks.
Prepare the cake mold by greasing it with butter and dusting it with a little flour.
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes before removing from the mold.
