3/4 cups sugar
3/4 cups chocolate chips
1/2 cups walnuts, chopped
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
1/4 tablespoons salt
3/4 cups cow's milk
1/3 cups ground coffee
1/4 cups butter, melted
1 egg

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Prepare a baking tray for muffins with muffin liners (6).
In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, chocolate chips, nuts, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the milk and the coffee until dissolved. Add the egg and the butter, and mix well.
Pour the coffee mixture over the flour mixture and stir. Pour into muffin liners and sprinkle a bit of chocolate chips over the mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
