Chocolate and Hazelnut Pudding

This delicious pudding made with chocolate and Nutella is delightful; it's a dessert that the little ones will love and you can prepare in just a few minutes. Serve it cold and you can complement it with some berries for a nice combination.

  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cups nutella

  • In a deep bowl, mix 1/2 cup of milk with the cornstarch until it is 100% dissolved.
  • In a saucepan, heat the remaining milk with the Nutella, sugar, and salt over medium heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate has melted.
  • Continue cooking until it is just about to boil. Add the milk and cornstarch mixture. Allow the pudding to continue cooking until it starts to gently boil and let it boil for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and pour into 4 pudding cups. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
