This rich pudding made with chocolate and nutella is delicious, it is a dessert that the little ones in the house will love and that you can prepare in just a few minutes. Serve cold and you can complement it with a little red fruit to make a good combination.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cups nutella
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

In a deep bowl, mix 1/2 cup of milk with the cornstarch until it is 100% dissolved.
In a hot pot the remaining milk with nutella, sugar and salt over medium heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate has melted.
Continue cooking until it is about to boil. Add the milk mixture with cornstarch. Allow the pudding to continue cooking until it begins to boil slightly and allow it to boil for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and pour in 4 saucers for pudding. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

TIPS

Cover the pudding with plastic wrap so it does not form a custard.

Es el chocolate de nutella, a ese se refiere amigo, y es toda la nutella vertir el 1/4 de taza, estupenda receta.
