Chocolate and Nut Nougat

This Christmas prepare a delicious and creamy chocolate nougat, which has an incredible mix of nuts that also add a crunchy texture. The perfect mix of flavors to gift!

1 1/2 cups milk chocolate, (300 g) chopped
1 cup bittersweet chocolate, (200 g) chopped
3/4 cups butter, (70 g)
1/4 cups pistachios
1/4 cups walnuts
1/4 cups almonds, peeled
Preparation

Melt the chocolates in a double boiler until they are melted.
Add the butter and mix very well until fully integrated. Remove.
Add the nuts and mix.
Pour into a square silicone mold and level it out. Freeze for about 1 hour.
Unmold and cut into approximately 5x5 cm squares.
