Chocolate and Nut Nougat

This Christmas prepare a delicious and creamy chocolate nougat, which has an incredible mix of nuts that also add a crunchy texture. The perfect mix of flavors to gift!

  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate, (300 g) chopped
  • 1 cup bittersweet chocolate, (200 g) chopped
  • 3/4 cups butter, (70 g)
  • 1/4 cups pistachios
  • 1/4 cups walnuts
  • 1/4 cups almonds, peeled

  • Melt the chocolates in a double boiler until they are melted.
  • Add the butter and mix very well until fully integrated. Remove.
  • Add the nuts and mix.
  • Pour into a square silicone mold and level it out. Freeze for about 1 hour.
  • Unmold and cut into approximately 5x5 cm squares.
