A recipe for chocolate and vanilla cream that you can eat with cookies or on its own.

300 grams chocolate
1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
375 milliliters cow's milk
250 milliliters clotted cream
50 grams sugar
3 egg whites

In a bowl, beat the egg whites with the sugar and add half of the milk and half of the vanilla pulp.
Heat the rest of the milk in a saucepan and add the previous cream. Stir until thickened.
Incorporate the chocolate broken into pieces and continue stirring until it has completely melted. Let it cool.
Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, whip the cream and pour it over the warm chocolate cream.
Serve distributed in cups decorated with chocolate shavings or whipped cream.
