Chocolate and Vanilla Cream

A recipe for chocolate and vanilla cream that you can eat with cookies or on its own.

  • 300 grams chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 375 milliliters cow's milk
  • 250 milliliters clotted cream
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 3 egg whites

  • In a bowl, beat the egg whites with the sugar and add half of the milk and half of the vanilla pulp.
  • Heat the rest of the milk in a saucepan and add the previous cream. Stir until thickened.
  • Incorporate the chocolate broken into pieces and continue stirring until it has completely melted. Let it cool.
  • Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, whip the cream and pour it over the warm chocolate cream.
  • Serve distributed in cups decorated with chocolate shavings or whipped cream.
