A recipe for chocolate and vanilla cream with which you can eat cookies or eat it alone

300 grams chocolate
1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
375 milliliters cow's milk
250 milliliters clotted cream
50 grams sugar
3 egg whites

In a bowl beat the whites with the sugar and add half the milk and half the pulp of the vanilla.
Heat the rest of the milk in a saucepan to which the previous cream is added. It is stirred until thickening.
Add the chopped chocolate into pieces and stir until completely melted. Let it cool down.
Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, beat the cream and pour over the warm chocolate cream.
Serve distributed in glasses decorated with chocolate shavings or whipped cream.
