Ingredients: 300 grams chocolate; 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence; 375 milliliters cow's milk; 250 milliliters clotted cream; 50 grams sugar; 3 egg whites

In a bowl, beat the egg whites with the sugar and add half of the milk and half of the vanilla pulp. Heat the rest of the milk in a saucepan and add the previous cream. Stir until thickened.
