Very easy to make! Excellent chocolate brownie recipe, I love preparing it to surprise my guests and they always finish the meal with a good taste in their mouths.
In a bowl, melt the chocolate with the butter. Let it cool slightly.
In another bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, extract (optional), and flour (do not overmix). You can add chopped nuts, or if you prefer, just as decoration at the end.
Pour the mixture into a buttered baking pan.
Bake at 175/180°C for 20 minutes (if it exceeds 20 minutes, it will be dry).
