Chocolate Brownie

Very easy to make! Excellent chocolate brownie recipe, I love preparing it to surprise my guests and they always finish the meal with a good taste in their mouths.

  • 200 grams bittersweet chocolate
  • 200 grams butter, softened butter
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 100 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • chantilly cream
  • 1 bag walnuts

  • In a bowl, melt the chocolate with the butter. Let it cool slightly.
  • In another bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, extract (optional), and flour (do not overmix). You can add chopped nuts, or if you prefer, just as decoration at the end.
  • Pour the mixture into a buttered baking pan.
  • Bake at 175/180°C for 20 minutes (if it exceeds 20 minutes, it will be dry).
