Chocolate brownie

Very easy to do! Excellent recipe for chocolate brownie, I love preparing it to surprise my guests and always finish the meal with a good taste in my mouth.

  • 200 grams bittersweet chocolate
  • 200 grams butter, to point ointment
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 100 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • chantilly cream
  • 1 bag walnuts

  • In a bowl we melted the chocolate with the butter. Let cool.
  • In another bowl mix the eggs, sugar, extract (optional) and flour (do not beat too much). You can add chopped nuts. Or if you prefer at the end as decoration only.
  • Add the mixture in a mold spread with butter.
  • Bake at 175/180 ° C for 20 minutes (if it exceeds 20 minutes it will remain dry).
