To make the base, mix the cookie crumbs well with the butter and cover the bottom of a cake pan with this mixture. Place the pan in the refrigerator until you are ready to use it.
To prepare the filling, melt the chocolate in a double boiler and let it cool.
Add the two whole eggs and mix well.
Whip the cream in the mixer until soft peaks form and add the four egg yolks.
In another clean bowl, beat the four egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture and then transfer this mixture to the bowl with the stiff egg whites.
Gently incorporate everything using a rubber spatula. Pour the mixture over the base and refrigerate until firm, for 6 to 8 hours.
