250 grams sugar
250 grams flour

1 cup cow's milk
5 eggs

3/4 sticks butter

1 glass rum, or milk
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
3 tablespoons cocoa, sifted

Heat oven to 350ºF. With
mixer
acremar the 250 gr. of butter, add the 250 gr. of sugar and the 5 yolks one by one until you have a soft paste.
Sift the dry ingredients: 250 gr. flour, 6 tablespoons of cocoa and 3 tablespoons of royal. And add to the butter mixture.
Alternating with the milk cup and the vanilla spoonful. At the end, beat the 5 egg whites to the nougat point and add them to the mixture.
Divide the mixture in 2 greased and floured round molds. Bake for 45 or 60 minutes, until a stick comes out dry.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes, then unmold and let cool completely.
For the bitumen: Beat 3/4 of butter stick until acremar, add sifted glass sugar with cocoa, 1 egg, milk or rum and a spoonful of vanilla.
Place a cake on the platter, spread with bitumen and put the other layer of cake. Spread the sides and finally the top part, decorating beautifully.
