Chocolate Cake Pops

It’s a quick and easy cake pops recipe that doesn’t take much time and is great for gifting or sharing.

  • 1 package shortbreads
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • hazelnut chocolate cream, Nutella
  • 1 stick chocolate, of your choice

  • Crush the package of sponge cakes in a bowl.
  • Add a tablespoon of cream cheese to the bowl.
  • Stir everything well and mash.
  • Add 3 tablespoons of chocolate spread (Nutella) to the bowl and mix everything very well.
  • Once you have a sturdy mixture, make 6 balls and insert a wooden stick in the middle. Refrigerate for 35 minutes.
  • In another bowl, melt the chocolate over a double boiler, and when ready, take the balls out of the refrigerator and dip them in the chocolate.
  • Then place them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to chill and you're done!
