Cookies with Chocolate

These cookies with chocolate chips are great for breakfast or snack, accompany them with a glass of milk and you're done. Are you going to lose them?

  • 500 grams flour
  • 200 grams brown sugar
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 250 grams lard
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 150 grams chocolate chips

  • In a bowl, mix the sugar with butter, then add the eggs and finally the vanilla essence.
  • Mix the flour with salt and baking soda. Little by little we are pouring the flour into the butter mixture. Help yourself with the hook of the blender to mix everything as it is a very dry dough.
  • Once all the dough is ready, add the chocolate chips and mix with the help of a spoon.
  • We take the dough to the refrigerator for a few minutes. (20 Approx)
  • Make some balls with the dough (the size you want), and crush them. Go placing them on a tray with a few fingers apart (They grow in the oven!)
  • Preheat the oven to 180º C. And then bake the cookies for 12 minutes or until the semi-golden edges remain. Remove them from the oven, and let them cool very well before moving them.
  • Let them rest on a rack and that's it. Bon Appetite!
