1/2 cups cocoa powder
1/2 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 tablespoons salt
250 grams semisweet chocolate
1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a large deep bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and butter.
Using an electric mixer, mix the melted chocolate, eggs, and vanilla extract. Once it's uniform, gradually add the flour and mix well.
Prepare two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
Take an ice cream scoop and use it to place a scoop of dough for each cookie on the baking sheet, making sure they are not too close together.
Bake the cookies for 15 minutes (the cookies should be very soft).
Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on a rack.
