Chocolate Cookies

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cups cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 250 grams semisweet chocolate
  • 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • In a large deep bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and butter.
  • Using an electric mixer, mix the melted chocolate, eggs, and vanilla extract. Once it's uniform, gradually add the flour and mix well.
  • Prepare two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Take an ice cream scoop and use it to place a scoop of dough for each cookie on the baking sheet, making sure they are not too close together.
  • Bake the cookies for 15 minutes (the cookies should be very soft).
  • Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on a rack.
