Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
In a large bowl, mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt with a whisk.
To water bath melts the chocolate and the butter.
With an electric mixer mix the melted chocolate, the eggs, and the vanilla essence. Once uniform, add the flour little by little and mix well.
Prepare two large baking sheets with waxed paper.
Take a spoon of ice cream and use it to put a spoonful of dough for each cookie in the tray, make sure they are not too close together.
Bake cookies for 15 minutes (cookies should be very soft).
Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on a rack.
