Chocolate Cookies with M&M's®

These chocolate cookies with M&M's® have a delicious flavor and are also very easy to prepare, as they are made with almond flour, butter, and brown sugar, plus they have all the color of M&M’s® Milk Chocolate. These chocolate cookies are perfect for enjoying as a snack while watching your favorite movie or series. Enjoy!

  • 1 envelope m&m´s® milk chocolate, 120 g
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cups Turin® cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cups butter, in cubes, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cups raw sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • Sift the almond flour along with the oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl using a sifter, then mix with a spoon and set aside.
  • Beat the butter together with the brown sugar using a hand mixer until creamy and spreadable, then add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix. Gradually add the flour mixture, beating continuously, until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Finally, add ¾ of the package of M&M’s® Milk Chocolate (90 g) and finish mixing with a silicone spatula. Chill the chocolate cookies for 10 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 170 °C.
  • Scoop the cookie dough using an ice cream scoop (you can slightly flatten the cookies if you wish) onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, add more M&M’s® Milk Chocolate and bake at 170 °C for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool.
