Ingredients: 1 envelope m&m´s® milk chocolate, 120 g; 1 cup almond flour; 1 cup oat flour; 1/2 cups Turin® cocoa powder; 1 tablespoon baking powder; 1/4 teaspoons salt; 1/2 cups butter, in cubes, at room temperature; 1/4 cups raw sugar; 2 eggs; 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Sift the almond flour along with the oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl using a sifter, then mix with a spoon and set aside. Beat the butter together with the brown sugar using a hand mixer until creamy and spreadable, then add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix. Gradually add the flour mixture, beating continuously, until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Finally, add ¾ of the package of M&M’s® Milk Chocolate (90 g) and finish mixing with a silicone spatula. Chill the chocolate cookies for 10 minutes.
