75 grams unsalted butter
75 grams sugar
75 grams flour

Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler.
Beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl and incorporate the melted chocolate and butter. Add the sifted flour until obtaining a batter.
Grease molds or ramekins (butter and flour) and fill them with the batter.
Place the molds or ramekins in the freezer for 2 hours and then put them in the oven for 10 minutes.
