Ingredients

2 portions
  • 4 eggs
  • 115 grams chocolate
  • 75 grams butter
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 75 grams flour

Preparation

Melt butter and chocolate in a bain-marie.
Beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl and add the previously melted chocolate and butter. Add the sifted flour, until a dough is obtained.
Grease containers or flannels (butter and flour) and fill them with the dough.
Put the containers or flaneras in the freezer for 2 hours and then put them in the oven for 10 minutes.

TIPS

Before putting in the oven, let stand 10 minutes, if they fall apart, increase the baking time.
