If you enjoy sweet treats, this snack is perfect for you and you can always have it at home. You only need almonds and melting chocolate, cover them with cocoa and you're done! You can store them in a glass jar and consume them whenever you want.
2 cups unsweetened semisweet chocolate, for melting
1/4 cups cocoa powder
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Spread the almonds evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C. Remember to stir occasionally. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Melt the semi-sweet chocolate using a double boiler, that is, place a heat-resistant bowl over a pot of hot water, and melt the semi-sweet chocolate in it. Stir constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and remove from heat.
Pour the baked almonds into the bowl with melted semi-sweet chocolate and mix until completely coated, stirring constantly until the chocolate hardens, refrigerate for 15 minutes, then add the remaining chocolate and stir until small clusters form.
Add the cocoa and cinnamon to the bowl of almonds and mix until fully combined.
Serve in a glass jar and enjoy.
