Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 cups almond
  • 2 cups unsweetened semisweet chocolate, to melt
  • 1/4 cups cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Distribute the almonds along the surface of a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 180 ° C. Remember to move occasionally. Take out of the oven and let it cool down.
Melt the semisweet chocolate in a bain-marie, that is, over a pot with hot water place a heat-resistant bowl, and in it melt the semisweet chocolate. Stir constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and remove from the heat.
Pour the baked almonds into the bowl with melted semisweet chocolate and integrate until they are completely covered, stir constantly until the chocolate hardens, refrigerate for 15 minutes and add the remaining chocolate, stir until they form little rocks.
Add to the bowl of almonds, place it and the cinnamon and move until completely integrated.
Serve in a glass jar and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Keep them in a glass jar.

TIPS

To give your covered almonds a different touch, you can combine the cocoa with some powdered spices such as cloves, cardamom or anise.
