Chocolate-Covered Bonbons and Strawberries

A small appetizer or craving for guests, this dessert is very easy to make and its flavor is unforgettable. You only need a few minutes and a few ingredients to prepare this delight.

  • 500 grams strawberries
  • 2 cups marshmallow, medium whites
  • 200 grams walnuts, chopped
  • 100 grams white chocolate
  • 500 grams dark chocolate

  • Wash, disinfect, and let the strawberries drain until completely dry.
  • Refrigerate the bonbons and strawberries for 5 minutes.
  • Melt dark chocolate in one bowl and white chocolate in another using a double boiler.
  • Carefully coat the bonbons in the chocolate and do the same with the strawberries.
  • Before the chocolate dries, sprinkle with the chopped nuts.
  • or alternatively, put the white chocolate in a piping bag and decorate with fine lines.
  • Place on a plate and refrigerate until ready to eat.
