1/2 cups corn oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup cow's milk
1/2 cups raisins
50 grams bittersweet chocolate, in bar

We preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius.
All the ingredients are mixed in the blender, except for the chocolate and raisins.
We grind until we have a smooth mixture without lumps.
We flour a ring mold and pour in the preparation.
We place the raisins over the mixture, trying to distribute them evenly.
We bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean.
We unmold until it is at room temperature.
We melt the chocolate in a double boiler; when it is liquid, we pour it evenly over the ring.
