Chocolate-covered ring

Delicious ring covered in liquid chocolate made with pancake flour, a delicious recipe for everyone!

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 1/2 cups corn oil
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1/2 cups raisins
  • 50 grams bittersweet chocolate, in bar

  • We preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius.
  • All the ingredients are mixed in the blender, except for the chocolate and raisins.
  • We grind until we have a smooth mixture without lumps.
  • We flour a ring mold and pour in the preparation.
  • We place the raisins over the mixture, trying to distribute them evenly.
  • We bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean.
  • We unmold until it is at room temperature.
  • We melt the chocolate in a double boiler; when it is liquid, we pour it evenly over the ring.
