We preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius. All the ingredients are mixed in the blender, except for the chocolate and raisins. We grind until we have a smooth mixture without lumps. We flour a ring mold and pour in the preparation. We place the raisins over the mixture, trying to distribute them evenly. We bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean. We unmold until it is at room temperature. We melt the chocolate in a double boiler; when it is liquid, we pour it evenly over the ring.
