Chocolate cream

  • 1 sprig vanilla essence
  • 400 milliliters cow's milk
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 20 grams butter
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 30 grams flour

  • In a saucepan put the milk, cocoa and butter. Open the vanilla branch along with a sharp knife and remove the black granites that contain all the aroma of vanilla. Add the granites and the vanilla branch to the milk. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, cover and set aside.
  • Beat the yolks and sugar until they are fluffy and a little white, add the flour and beat a little more. Remove the vanilla branch and add the hot milk to the yolks little by little and put everything back in the saucepan. It has to boil again, always moving and turning off. It will have a thick consistency
  • Remove the pan from the heat and serve in individual saucers and refrigerate for 3 hours. Sprinkle with grated chocolate.
