  • 1 stick cream cheese, for the filling
  • 1 box Flour for Tres Estrellas® Crepes, for the crepes
  • 600 milliliters milk, for the crepes
  • 1 liter whipping cream, for the filling
  • 500 grams semisweet chocolate, for the filling
  • 1 stick cream cheese, for the filling
  • 2 tablespoons orange zest, for the filling
  • cocoa powder, for decoration

Medium
  • Mix Tres Estrellas® Crepe Flour and milk with a whisk until you obtain a lump-free mixture. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, pour a bit of the crepe mixture, and spread it across the pan. Cook for 3 minutes on each side or until well cooked. Repeat this process until all the crepe mixture is used.
  • Heat the whipping cream in a double boiler for 3 minutes, then remove from heat and add the chocolate. Mix until combined and set aside.
  • Beat the cream cheese and orange zest, then add the chocolate mixture with whipped cream and continue beating.
  • Place a crepe in a pastry ring, then add some chocolate filling and repeat this process until you finish the chocolate filling. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Dust the crepe cake with cocoa and decorate with strawberries, raspberries, and chocolate pieces.
