Mix Tres Estrellas® Crepe Flour and milk with a whisk until you obtain a lump-free mixture. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, pour a bit of the crepe mixture, and spread it across the pan. Cook for 3 minutes on each side or until well cooked. Repeat this process until all the crepe mixture is used. Heat the whipping cream in a double boiler for 3 minutes, then remove from heat and add the chocolate. Mix until combined and set aside. Beat the cream cheese and orange zest, then add the chocolate mixture with whipped cream and continue beating. Place a crepe in a pastry ring, then add some chocolate filling and repeat this process until you finish the chocolate filling. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Dust the crepe cake with cocoa and decorate with strawberries, raspberries, and chocolate pieces.
