  • 2/3 cups unsalted butter , 1 1/2 bars
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cups cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2/3 cups cow's milk
  • 1/2 cups water

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a mold with non-stick spray.
  • Mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, vanilla, sugar, and oil.
  • Add the dry ingredients alternating with the milk and water. Mix for two more minutes.
  • Pour into a cupcake mold with liners, filling them halfway. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
