1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
2 cups flour
3/4 cups cocoa
2 teaspoons baking powder
2/3 cups cow's milk
1/2 cups water

Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a mold with non-stick spray.
Mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, vanilla, sugar, and oil.
Add the dry ingredients alternating with the milk and water. Mix for two more minutes.
Pour into a cupcake mold with liners, filling them halfway. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
