Chocolate Cupcakes with Chocolate Lava

Now you can prepare this Chocolate Lava Cake dessert at home, just like in a restaurant!

  • 280 grams semisweet chocolate
  • 230 grams butter
  • 30 grams butter, additional, for greasing the molds
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons icing sugar
  • 100 grams flour

  • Melt the chocolate and butter together in a small pot over medium-low heat to prevent burning. Let it cool slightly.
  • In a bowl, beat the egg yolks and whole eggs. Once mixed, add the powdered sugar.
  • Add this mixture to the chocolate and then add the flour.
  • Fill 12 greased soufflé molds or a cupcake tray with liners so they don't stick.
  • Place the cupcakes in the refrigerator until almost ready to serve.
  • Preheat the oven to 230°C.
  • Bake the cupcakes in the oven for 5-6 minutes (if cold) or 4-5 minutes if at room temperature.
  • Remove from the molds and serve on plates with a scoop of vanilla ice cream immediately.
