280 grams semisweet chocolate
230 grams butter
30 grams butter, additional, for greasing the molds
6 egg yolks
3 eggs
3 tablespoons icing sugar
100 grams flour

Melt the chocolate and butter together in a small pot over medium-low heat to prevent burning. Let it cool slightly.
In a bowl, beat the egg yolks and whole eggs. Once mixed, add the powdered sugar.
Add this mixture to the chocolate and then add the flour.
Fill 12 greased soufflé molds or a cupcake tray with liners so they don't stick.
Place the cupcakes in the refrigerator until almost ready to serve.
Preheat the oven to 230°C.
Bake the cupcakes in the oven for 5-6 minutes (if cold) or 4-5 minutes if at room temperature.
Remove from the molds and serve on plates with a scoop of vanilla ice cream immediately.
