Chocolate Cups with Peanut Butter Filling

This recipe is perfect for chocolate and peanut butter lovers; besides being delicious, it is also easy to make.

  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 6 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 100 grams almond powder

  • Melt the coconut oil with the chocolate chips and cocoa in a non-stick pan.
  • Remove from heat and divide into bowls or muffin molds (1 tablespoon per mold) and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Then place the peanut butter on top of that layer, pour the remaining chocolate mixture on top, sprinkle with almonds, and refrigerate overnight.
