On this Day of the Dead, prepare a delicious chocolate-flavored dead bread. Fluffy and soft on the inside, brushed with butter and coated in sugar. Don't miss out.
Place the flour, cocoa, sugar, and yeast in the mixer. Beat until combined.
Add the eggs one by one and continue beating. Gradually add the rest of the ingredients and keep working the dough until you obtain an elastic and homogeneous dough.
Place in a bowl and cover with a moist Pétalo® paper towel and let it rest for 30 minutes or until it doubles in volume.
Shape the breads and place them on a baking tray. Let them ferment for 30 more minutes. Brush with egg and bake for about 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and brush with melted butter and roll in sugar.
