  • On a clean, flat surface, place the flour and form a well in the center using your hands. Add the sugar, salt, yeast, and eggs; begin incorporating by gradually pouring in the milk and knead with your hands.
  • Once the ingredients are combined, slightly flatten the dough, place the butter in the center, and fold it in. Continue kneading for another 15 minutes or until it becomes a smooth mixture.
  • Place the dough in a previously greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Let it rest for 1 hour.
  • Once the time has passed, on a floured flat surface, roll out the dough to 1 centimeter thick and let it rest on the table for 10 minutes before cutting.
  • Cut with the help of a medium donut cutter; if you don’t have one, use two rings of different sizes, as one will cut the center of the donut.
  • In a pot with hot oil over medium heat, fry the donuts on both sides. Once golden brown, remove and drain on paper towels.
  • For the dark chocolate donuts, dip the dough in melted chocolate, decorate with candy-coated chocolates or fruit cereal. Let them dry and enjoy.
  • For the white chocolate donuts, dip the dough in melted white chocolate, decorate with Oreo cookies or chocolate-covered snacks. Let them dry and enjoy.
  • For the pink chocolate donuts, dip the dough in pink chocolate, decorate with mini marshmallows or colorful sprinkles. Let them dry and enjoy.
