Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate cake crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 150 grams bitter chocolate, melted
  • 2 tablespoons thick cream
  • 1/3 cups self-raising flour
  • 1/3 cups vanilla pudding, or custard powder
  • 1/4 tablespoons cinnamon powder
  • 3/4 cups milk
  • oils, to fry

Preparation

Blend or process the cake crumbs with cocoa, melted chocolate and cream until a homogeneous texture is achieved. Place the mixture inside an elongated mold, greased and lined with paper, and take 2 hours to the refrigerator.
Meanwhile, to make the pasta, blend or process the flour with the powder for custard, cinnamon and milk until homogenized. Cover and refrigerate until the moment of use.
Cut the chocolate preparation into triangles, bathe in the pasta and chill until golden brown; Drain on absorbent paper.
