This chocolate cake is very easy to prepare and has a very nice milk chocolate frosting. You can cover it completely or just make stripes with the frosting on top.
1 teaspoon vanilla essence, H-E.-B for the frosting
1/4 cups evaporated milk, (for the frosting)

Prepare the coffee. Mix the teaspoon of instant coffee with the boiling water and let cool.
In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil and add a tablespoon of vinegar when it boils. Let cool.
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Sift everything at least twice.
Add the eggs, coffee, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla. Beat everything on medium speed for two minutes until well combined.
Grease a round cake pan and preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Fill the pan with the mixture and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool on a rack.
Prepare the frosting: cream the butter with a mixer until smooth, add the cocoa, vanilla, powdered sugar, and milk gradually until you have a thick consistency.
