Chocolate Frosting

This chocolate frosting recipe is perfect for decorating cupcakes or cakes.

  • 60 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cups cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cups icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 50 milliliters milk

  • Mix the butter with the sifted cocoa, vanilla, and milk in a bowl. Beat until a creamy consistency is achieved.
  • Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar until it is fully incorporated into the mixture.
  • When the frosting is creamy and firm, refrigerate for 15 minutes. Remove and place it in a piping bag.
